សិស្សនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន សម្អាតសាលាដោយខ្លួនឯង | Children in Japan clean their own schools

សាលាភាគច្រើននៅក្នុងប្រទេសជប៉ុន មិនមានអ្នកសម្អាត (អ្នកអនាម័យ) ទេ ដោយប្រព័ន្ធអប់រំរបស់សាលា ជឿជាក់យ៉ាងមុតមំាថា ការតម្រូវឲ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សទំាងអស់ ធ្វើការសម្អាតសាលាដោយខ្លួនឯង។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវ និងផ្តោតលើគុណភាពអប់រំ។ ដោយពួកគាត់យល់ឃើញថា ការសម្អាតជាកាតព្វរបស់មនុស្សគ្រប់រូប។​ ពេលវេលាសម្អាត គឺក៏ដូចជាពេលវេលា​នៃការបង្កើនការសន្ទនាជាមួយមិត្តភក្តីដែរ អញ្ចឹងហើយ វាមិនត្រូវបានគិតថា ជាការងារដែលគួរឲ្យធុញទ្រាន់ដូចនៅ លោកខាងលិចឡើយ។​

សិស្សានុសិស្ស ក៏រៀបចំអាហារថ្ងៃត្រង់ និងសម្អាត់រៀបចំទុកដាក់ដោយខ្លួនពួកផ្ទាល់ផងដែរ។ ហើយពួកគេ ត្រូវហែកប្រអប់ទឹកដោះគោរបស់ពួកគេសម្រាប់ការកែឆ្នៃ ដោយម្នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមពួកគេជាអ្នកលាងសម្អាត ហើយធ្វើការហាលនៅក្នុងថ្នាក់ក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ ហើយធ្វើការបញ្ជូនប្រអប់ទឹកដោះគោទំាងនោះទៅកាន់ទីកន្លែងកែឆ្នៃ។​ ប៉ុន្តែ សម្រាប់គម្រោងធំ ពួកទទួលបានជំនួយពីយុវជនធំៗ ដែរ។​

ការងារទំាងអស់នេះ ជួយឲ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សទំាងអស់ បង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តរបស់ពួកគេ។​ ហើយការរៀបចំទុកដាក់ បន្ទាប់ពីធ្វើ់អ្វីមួយហើយ គឺជាការរៀបចំពួកគេ សម្រាប់ជិវិត (ការរស់នៅ)របស់ពួកគេទៅថ្ងៃអនាគត។

Most of the schools in Japan did not employ the cleaners or janitors since the school system believes that  requiring the children to clean the school themselves. Moreover, teachers respect their responsibilities and emphasized the quality. They believe that cleaning is to be a duty held by all. Cleaning time is also seen as the conversation with friends. Therefore, it is not considered as a boring chore as in the West.

Students even serve lunch and then they clean up after themselves. Everyone open their Milk containers for recycling. One student rinse all of them, dry them in the class for a day, and then bring them to the recycling station. However, for the big projects, they get help from adults. 





All this helps students to build their confidence. Tidying up after themselves is about preparing them for life.
